Dr. Poly Emenike MON
Dr. Poly Emenike is the Chairman and CEO of NEROS Pharmaceuticals Limited, one of Nigeria's foremost
pharmaceutical companies. He is the author of many life changing books, including: Entrepreneurial
Spirit, Autosuggestion, How To Alter Your Destiny to The Direction You Want, The Plan Book Theorem,
The Inumerable Benefits of Typing Skill, etc.
Emenike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Marketing
both from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He received his PhD in International Business Management
from the International School of Business Management (ISM), Paris, France. He is an alumnus of Lagos
Business School (Pan African University) and Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
He was presented with the Napoleon Hill Foundation Gold Medal Award and plaque at the University
of Virginia, Wise Campus, USA on Tuesday, 27th March. 2012 thus becoming the fourth person to be
bestowed with the award. Emenike is the only non-US citizen to be decorated with such an award and
appointed to serve as a member of the Napoleon Hill Foundation’s Board of Trustees.
Emenike is the sole representative of the Napoleon Hill Foundation in Africa for the publication
and marketing of books from the foundation’s stables. He is also a certified instructor Napoleon Hill’s
Success Principles.
In November 2011, the Federal Government of Nigeria conferred the national honors award of Member
of the Order of Niger (MON) on him in recognition of his outstanding services to his country, illustrious
achievements in business, philanthropic gestures and contributions to national development. Emenike is
also a highly esteemed community leader. He was one of the 50 distinguished alumni of the University of
Lagos honored at the commemoration of the institution’s 50th anniversary in 2012.
Emenike hails from Nanka in Orumba North Local Government Area of Anambra State, Nigeria.
